By accessing or using this web site you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully and often as they are subject to change. Web links

The Site contains links to third party web sites, some of which appear within content provided by our readers, having been placed there by the readers. We don't review these links, which may change with time, and have no control over what happens at any site. If you find a link to an inappropriate site, please let us know.

Raval Online is not designed for Children

We do try to edit/moderate with an eye toward shielding children from nude images and text that might upset them. Moderation happens after images and text have been posted to the live site, i.e., inappropriate material will be visible to all readers until an administrator/moderator notices and decides to remove it.

Who Owns What

You agree to upload only material that you created or for which you have permission from the copyright holder, it is acceptable for Reader A to download Reader B's photo, edit or mark it up, and repost it to the Site.

You retain copyright to images and text uploaded to Raval Online. By submitting material, however, you grant Raval Online and its successors a perpetual non-exclusive world-wide royalty-free license to publish that material on the World Wide Web as part of the Raval Online web site. You grant us the right to edit, modify, quote, or reformat uploaded images and text, including the right to include advertisements and hyperlinks. You grant other readers the right to quote your material in their own postings on the Site.

No Soliciting

You agree not to use Raval Online to advertise products or services or to solicit anyone to buy or sell products or services, or to make donations of any kind, without our express written approval except for those who pay Raval Online for such services.

No Spamming/Email Address Harvesting

From time to time, users post their email addresses in our comment box, chatrooms, forums, and other public posting areas, and the site makes available the email addresses of members to other logged-in members. You agree not to gather these email addresses for purposes of spamming or for any non-personal or commercial purposes.

Redistribution

You are welcome to link to any public page on Raval Online and we have attempted since 2004 to ensure that links aren't broken, even after reorganizations of the site.

• Text: You may post text from our site to others but only up to the first paragraph and with a link back to text.

• Photos: You may post our photos on other sites without tampering, modifying, covering or removing our watermark.

• Printing: You are welcome to print out pages from Raval Online, provided that our URL (http://www.ravalonline.com or the specific page) remains attached.

You are allowed to use our content for personal use once you comply with the above requirements. Please do not, however, reproduce or redistribute our content which is copyright either by Raval Online or the submitting user commercially without written permission.

Robots, Spiders, Offline Readers, etc

If you hook up a desktop robot or "offline reader" to copy Raval Online to local computer, you may Place a heavy load on our server and may make the site unusable for other readers. Please don't do it! The site is already archived and cached at archive.org and Google.

Framing, Hot Linking, Embedding

Without our prior written permission, you may not frame, incorporate or embed into another web site any content of the Site, including content that you have contributed. This includes placing links, tags, references, etc, into the content of other web sites in a manner which would result in the Raval Online servers being invoked to provide part of the display of the content of other web sites.

An exception to this rule is “Official photos that are watermarked".

The Site reserves the right to eliminate or alter the bundle of privileges and services pertaining to subscriber status at any time, without notice.
