A sugar cane field near to Whales West Bank Demerara. I can think of a lot of reasons why some Guyanese overseas would like this photo. I'm sure some will have flash backs of stealing cane or playing in the cane fields as a child. Perhaps even the memory of passing by cane fields on there way to school or work everyday.
